• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and mobile banking payments (bKash/Nagad). For certain orders (e.g., customized items or bulk orders), we may require a partial or full advance payment.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all orders.

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number provided by you, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the parcel.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We use third-party logistics/courier partners for deliveries. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier mismanagement.

• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• All return and exchange requests are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: An uncut, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed flyer/box is strictly required to claim any missing, wrong, or damaged items.

• Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics and certain accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened, unless proven damaged upon arrival via the unboxing video.

• All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product photos, is the property of Cherlinà and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our images without our explicit written permission.
